Buon Anno – Already dreaming of summer? Keep it simple with a delicious Foresta Pizza; made with Olivelli’s classic pizza base and topped with button mushrooms, pomodoro and mozzarella it is the perfect simple meal to chase away the winter chill, and a finishing dash of truffle oil adds just a hint of decadence.
If you are after something more adventurous, try out their Saltimbocca Alla Romana, a pan fried veal escalope in a butter and while wine sauce, topped with parma ham.
